Suwannee Roots Revival

Tucked in the city of Live Oak, the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park and Campground is an 800-acre campground upon the Suwannee River. It’s the perfect place to escape for a quiet weekend away, or better yet, a musical themed festival.

The Spirit of Suwannee holds many musical events throughout the year, including October’s Suwannee Roots Revival. The festival itself features some of the best acts in acoustic music over the span of the four days on five stages throughout the festival grounds. Additionally, there are also numerous workshops held for both novice and more proficient musicians along with daily yoga for festival attendees. With countless vendors varying from food, crafts and other services in booths which line the festival grounds, there is an abundance of options for attendees. The grounds itself creates a magical atmosphere with much of it covered in lights to illuminate the beauty of the campground. During the musical events, there is nothing short of an eager crowd, ready to appreciate each note played during each artists’ set. In fact, there are many attendees who trek throughout the county to attend the festivals.
