MUSIC NEWS: Country artist Wyatt Flores announces United States tour dates

21-year-old Stillwater, Oklahoma native Wyatt Flores recently announced a string of United States tour dates, bringing his blend of heartfelt, emotional lyricism and Southern twang to audiences throughout the country. 

The young singer has been on the rise since releasing a couple of tracks in 2022 such as “Losing Sleep” and “Please Don’t Go” that have helped position him as a figure to watch within the country scene, with his sound being compared to the likes of Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, and Caamp. With Flores having grown up in a music-centric city that had equal influence on country greats like Garth Brooks and emo-rock mainstays such as The All-American Rejects, it’s no surprise that he finds himself blending elements of both genres into a sound uniquely his own, especially while the combination of these genres is seemingly more popular than ever as artists such as Jelly Roll and Hardy are finding major crossover success and the entire subgenre of alternative country, also referred to as “y’allternative”, keeps growing and pushing genre boundaries in both the country and alternative spheres. 

Wyatt Flores’ latest tour began last month and has already taken him to quite a few cities, with his next stop being a stretch of dates throughout Colorado between August 11th and 17th, before continuing throughout the South and Midwest for the next month.
